Michael Bay to Produce Duke Nukem Movie Starring John Cena

Rumors surfaced recently of a potential live action Duke Nukem movie starring John Cena and Produced Platinum Dunes (which is run by Michael Bay, Andrew Form and Brad Fuller.) Now Michael Bay has kinda been striking out (content-wise) with the recent Transformers movies but his style and resume could be perfect for this project. Bad Boys and Bad Boys 2 are still some of Bay's best movies and that flavor would be perfect for this project. Of course, these are all still rumors and there isn't even a director or a writer attached to the project. John Cena, however, would be perfect for the role and I could see this being a fun action romp full of cigars and explosions. The only thing that could ruin this movie right out of the gate is if Bay fails to secure an R rating. A PG-13 Duke Nukem movie sounds like a terrible idea, but only time will tell.
