This We Call B.S. Shirt Hopes To Raise Money And Awareness For The March For Our Lives Event

Since the Parkland, Florida shooting in February, students everywhere have come together to bring awareness to the school shooting epidemic in America as well as calling for common sense gun control legislation. Recently we saw a nationwide school walkout where millions of students marched out of their classrooms and into the streets, drawing more attention to their cause. The next, organized event that has been inspired by the collective voice of these students is the March For Our Lives :

:On March 24, the kids and families of March For Our Lives will take to the streets of Washington DC to demand that their lives and safety become a priority and that we end gun violence and mass shootings in our schools today.

March with us in Washington DC or march in your own community. On March 24, the collective voices of the March For Our Lives movement will be heard."

Today the Nerd Collaborative launched a new shirt design in hopes to raise money and awareness for the upcoming March. The illustration (made by Clayton Benge) features Florida students Emma Gonzalez, Delaney Tarr and David Hogg who became the faces of the gun control movement immediately following the events at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. The phrase "We Call B.S." has become somewhat of a slogan for the movement after the empowered and passionate speech delivered by Emma a few weeks ago. All proceeds made from any sales of this design will be donated to the March For Our Lives campaign. Visit the event's page to see if there's a march near you.
